The truth is that our finest moments are most likely to occur when we are feeling deeply uncomfortable, unhappy, or unfulfilled. For it is only in such moments, propelled by our discomfort, that we are likely to step out of our ruts and start searching for different ways or truer answers.

This doesn't ring true for me. My finest moments are when I'm charged up with fervor over something (not necessarily something that's *wrong*) and I am working on it with dedication and joy.

Given that I feel uncomfortable/unhappy/unfulfilled a lot as part of my brain chemistry disorder (which may perhaps be why I do a lot of questioning of the standard "ways" and "answers" as a matter of course), I tend to think my finest moments are when I'm energetically focused on something I enjoy.
